Mizuno is renowned for manufacturing custom golf equipment with industry-leading precision. Their European custom assembly facility, located in Cumbernauld, Scotland, operates under the same rigorous standards as their original plant in Yoro, Japan, ensuring consistent quality and craftsmanship.

Products such as clubs, bags, and apparel (excluding gloves) purchased through an authorized European Mizuno Golf Retailer come with a one-year warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects not caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, transit damage, neglect of care instructions, or unauthorized alterations (such as loft, lie, or shaft modifications). To access warranty services, customers must return the product along with a copy of the purchase receipt to the original Mizuno retailer. The retailer will obtain a return authorization from Mizuno and handle the inspection process. If the defect is deemed to be under warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced accordingly. If not covered, the retailer will advise on further steps.

Mizuno reserves the right to repair or replace any guaranteed items at its discretion. All claims should be directed to the authorized retailer from whom the product was purchased. This warranty does not confer additional rights beyond those explicitly stated and is limited in scope, excluding claims for consequential damages. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
